We are looking for an Adjudication Committee Coordinator to join our team!

In this position you will:

  • Review and process study documents to ensure completeness and proper redaction.
  • Organize and prepare study documents for review by the committee.
  • Communicate with study sites to obtain missing documents.
  • Communicate with study team members within CPC about the status of study documents and work flow.
  • Perform other, non-project related general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing and shipping for assigned projects.
  • Help ensure the overall quality of project services and deliverables.
  • Cross-train within the project team, as needed.

Here’s what you will need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical research setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to function independently while seeking appropriate supervision and input from others.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
