We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team!

Do you have experience with contracts review and management? Are you detail oriented, an effective communicator who can find ways to balance the needs of internal and external customers, energized by tight timelines and frequently changing priorities, and enjoy working both independently and within a team, If the answer is yes, keep reading!

In this position you will:

  • Function as lead contract manager on project teams.
  • Independently lead routine proposal and budget development.
  • Lead complex proposal and budget development in close collaboration with a more senior contract manager/Assoc. Director/Director as needed.
  • Ensure the appropriate and accurate application of contract terms.
  • Provide input on the revision of contract term and proposal templates.
  • Negotiate routine contracts.
  • Participate in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
  • Ensure that contracts comply with regulatory requirements for clinical trials (e.g. GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines, Sunshine Act, CPC standards, etc.) with input from more senior level contract managers as needed.
  • Communicate proposal, budget, and contract issues to project team members and clients.

Here’s what you will need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in related field, with a minimum of 4 years experience in contract management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines, experience with Phase I-IV clinical trials
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communications, and team skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and to manage conflicts and resolve problems effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
