Richard Toma, HR Business Partner, joined CPC in August of 2016 and has rapidly become an indispensable leader within the organization, providing superior HR support to the CPC team. He previously worked at Denver Public Schools where he led a team of HR Representatives providing support to the employees of the school district. His experience spans across functional areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training and coaching, benefits, process improvement, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention. He is excited to use his talents and skills to enhance CPC’s culture and help all team members reach their fullest potential.
In his spare time, Richard loves to travel, experience new cultures and food, listen to music and spend time with family and friends. He also volunteers in the local HR community and currently serves on the Board of Mile High SHRM as the Co-Director of Education.
